The painting that used to sit on top of the Treasure Chest. Now hides behind the bed. Painted by Romeo Daneo between 1901 and 1997 in Italy. Painted with mud, concrete and foliage; found by us covered by mud at the bottom of a basement.
This is cool! When studying art, at school or on your own, they make you think everything has to be so and so and done a certain way and you have to use this and that. NOT true! Real artists use anything and everything around them. There are no fixed ways of doing things.
I like the texture, you can see each brush stroke and bits of 'stuff' through the concrete.
The Treasure Chest stands at the right of the Television Cabinet. This means the painting on the chest is often seen as a resting place during commercials. I would like to rest and not be tormented. Can wait for the other until after death.

I once read this artist used pigments from plants and stones.

Why is hidden behind your bed?
Ah, just read your comment. Yes, I see why it spooks you. Very intense.
